This past October, we went to Peru for 24 days! We started in Lima with the world’s top 50 restaurants, explored gorgeous Arequipa, had a private hot spring in the Colca Canyon, saw the flight of the condor in one of the deepest canyons in the world, and had front-row seats on the train to Machu Picchu!
